Palermo have set their asking price for striker Paulo Dybala. The Daily Star says Arsenal and Southampton have been told by Palermo that Dybala will cost £31m if they want to sign him in January.
Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has told Italian broadcaster Radio CRC that it would take a mammoth offer for him to consider selling Dybala.
He said: "They would have to pay 40m to take him away from Palermo."
The 20-year-old has struck four goals in just 12 Serie A appearances this season for the newly-promoted outfit but is likely to wait until next summer before considering his options.
