Palermo are frustrated with Inter Milan for delays over Emiliano Viviano's future.
The goalkeeper is co-owned by Palermo and Inter, but has been looking to finalise a transfer to Fiorentina for several weeks.
"Inter's attitude is incomprehensible to us," slammed Palermo President Maurizio Zamparini on Radio Radio.
"Massimo Moratti does not want to give the player to Fiorentina, as he expects to be paid, but we are dealing with the Della Valle brothers here and not some peasants.
"As owners of half Viviano's contract, we want to send the lad to Florence. I am sure Fiorentina will buy him next summer."
