Palermo coach Delio Rossi has criticised former club Lazio over their treatment of Cristian Ledesma and Goran Pandev.

Pandev has already quit Lazio for Inter Milan and Ledesma is expected to do the same as his contract row continues.

Rossi said: "I believe that these situations should be resolved by dialogue. Lazio allowed the situation to get out of control.

"Pandev arrived in Rome as part of the deal for Dejan Stankovic and right away I saw that he had many qualities. I speak to him often. So I wonder how one can believe that a guy like him can issue statements detrimental to Lazio, when we speak so often."
