Palermo coach Francesco Guidolin had a word to youngster Edison Cavani after their victory over Livorno.

Cavani received a stern talking to after refusing to shake Guidolin's hand after a substitution.

The Rosanero coach said: "Cavani has my faith as a player, I gave him his Serie A debut aged 20, but I expect at least the decency and respect to look me in the eye after a substitution. He made a mistake and we will make him understand that."
