Palermo coach Stefano Colantuono has shrugged off fresh sack talk after yesterday's 1-1 draw with Reggina.
"It has not been a critical week for us," insisted Colantuono at the final whistle yesterday.
"I was only relatively interested in the result, as what was important today was the performance. We played a great game.
"It is true we risked defeat, but at the end we got back into it. When we play like that, I am happy."
Palermo wasted many chances and seemed stilted until Nicola Amoruso gave Reggina the lead late on. Amauri's diving header earned a 1-1 draw deep into stoppages.
"The fans booed us off the field because we didn't win, but I am satisfied with the way the team played.
"I did not read President Zamparini's comments. I focus only on football. We spoke at the start of the week, after the Empoli defeat."
