Palermo sports chief Walter Sabatini has explained the sales of Paolo Hernan Dellafiore and Andrea Raggi.

Raggi has joined Sampdoria, while Dellafiore returned to Torino and Sabatini said: "Raggi and Dellafiore were sold. The club made our decision as these boys had entered a phase of psychological discouragement and had expressed a desire to go and play with continuity.

"This Sunday, as far as the defensive department, will be a risk as we are working to restore the balance in our defense."
