Palermo sports director Walter Sabatini has announced Edinson Cavani will be sold this summer.
The Uruguayan hitman is currently at the World Cup after a splendid campaign that saw him net 13 Serie A goals.
"Cavani will leave because it is the right move for him and his aspiration is to make a step up in quality," explained Sabatini.
Several sides have been linked with the striker, including Chelsea, Manchester City and Tottenham.
"There are negotiations in place with Wolfsburg and two other clubs, but so far nobody has secured a deal."
