Palermo director Giorgio Perinetti says Matias Silvestre will stay with Inter Milan.
Perinetti insists Inter cannot send back the Argentine.
"There is no 'if' here - Inter signed Silvestre on loan with mandatory option to buy. It is their duty to buy him. We don't have to discuss anything, it is all in the contract they signed."
