Palermo chief Dario Baccin says Paulo Dybala will be sold this summer.
Juventus and Arsenal are among the striker's suitors.
"He has rejected all our proposals for a contract renewal, so at this stage it's safe to say he will certainly leave," director of sport Baccin told the Corriere dello Sport.
"It's a different issue when it comes to Franco Vazquez. He does want to stay with us and will remain, unless offers come in that we cannot refuse.
"The idea is to help him improve even more and let him grow without pressure."
