Cesena midfielder Marco Parolo is interesting Palermo.
Cesena's general manager Luca Mancini has confirmed growing interest is arriving in the 25 year-old.
Fiorentina and Chievo Verona have expressed interest, while Palermo are now also keen.
Parolo has a contract with Cesena until June 2013.
