"We came here to dictate the game, and we weren't far short of bring all three points home," Iachini said.
"It's the story of our season, we don't reap what we sow. The last 15 minutes of the first half were poor, we have to use the ball better but that was the only time we suffered.
"We had chances, but bad luck and some miracles from Perin stopped us taking the lead."
