Palermo have announced the sale of Matias Silvestre to Inter Milan. The two teams have been in talks over an 8.5m move, but the Rosanero have today revealed that the stopper has not signed on a permanent basis.
The Nerazzurri have netted the 27-year-old centre-back on a temporary basis, but with the option to sign him outright next summer.
