Palermo are interested in AC Milan midfielder Yoann Gourcuff.
France Football says Palermo sports chief Rino Foschi is in talks with Milan about a loan deal for the young Frenchman to the end of this season.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is also keen and willing to bid £15 million for Gourcuff during the January market.
