Former QPR chairman Gianni Paladini remains involved behind the scenes.

The Daily Mail says Paladini is in the unusual position of still working behind the scenes at the club with no job title after losing his board leadership role.

Paladini has been replaced as chairman by new owner Tony Fernandes but is helping out while the new regime find their feet in the Premier League.
