Crystal Palace winger Yannick Bolasie says there's great secret to his stunning form this season.
Bolasie, who penned a new three-year contract at Selhurst Park in August, reckons his form is the result of plenty of hard graft.
It is in his nature after working his way up from non-league level via a spell in Malta instead of the usual Academy route of his peers.
While other Premier League stars went on holiday this summer, Bolasie even went to Bristol to attend a specialist football fitness bootcamp for a month by Back 2 Action.
He told the Mirror: "I am making myself stronger physically. The way I play, I am always going to get slight knocks.
"I have been looking after my body really well and am seeing my own personal physio two times a week which helps too."
