Crystal Palace skipper Mile Jedinak admits it'll be a wrench leaving in January for the Asian Cup.
The competition starts on January 9, with hosts Australia favourites to win the tournament. Jedinak admits leaving his team-mates at an important time in the season will be tough.
"It is difficult to leave in January but you have that responsibility as part of your national team," he said.
"It is a tournament that I am looking forward to but it is business as usual until then, trying to get as many wins on the board before I go."
