Cardiff City are making a change at the top on the eve of their Premier League debut.
The Sun says Mehmet Dalman is to replace Dato Chan Tien Ghee as Cardiff chairman.
Cypriot businessman Dalman, 55, who had a trial at Crystal Palace as a teenager, has a banking background.
