Palace refuse to accept cut-price Man Utd bid for Zaha

Crystal Palace have told Manchester United to up their bid for Wilfried Zaha. The Daily Mail says Palace have told United they will have to improve their £6million offer if they want to sign forward Zaha.

United chief executive David Gill said of Zaha: "He is one of the players we are looking at."

The total amount of United's offer could reach as much as £12m, with the deal including add-ons and performance related payments.

It is understood United will pay half of the fee up front, with the remainder staggered over the course of Zaha's contract.
