Crystal Palace are pushing for Stoke City striker Peter Crouch.
The Mail on Sunday says Stoke are ready let the former England striker go and their ex-boss Tony Pulis, now in charge of the Eagles, sees Crouch as the ideal player to help Palace survive.
Potters boss Mark Hughes insisted Crouch was not for sale after his winner against Aston Villa yesterday.
