Crystal Palace boss Neil Warnock has admitted he hopes to run the rule over Egyptian defender Ahmed Abou Mosalem, 26, who currently plays for Strasbourg.

"We've spoken to a couple of Egyptian players and an Israeli lad to see if we can get them over," added Warnock. "It's best for us to see them in a training session to see if they would fit in with us."
