Crystal Palace goalkeeper Julian Speroni says there's no great secret to Tony Pulis' success with the players.

Pulis' arrival in late November has transformed fortunes.

Speroni told the Sunday Mirror: "There was no magic wand. He has made us hard to beat and we have grown in confidence with every win."
