Crystal Palace hero John Salako has urged the club to stick with Ian Holloway.
The manager is under huge pressure after last night's defeat to Fulham.
Salako told talkSPORT: "You hear different rumours of people like Pards [Alan Pardew] being linked to the job but why? Let Holloway do his job.
"It maybe was an unrealistic hope that we could stay up. How many managers fall foul of getting promoted too early, they haven't got the squad, the expectation goes through the roof, they get sacked and they still go down. Then they [the critics] think, actually, we lost a good man there."
