Crystal Palace are chasing Manchester City midfielder Abdisalam Ibrahim.
The Manchester Evening News says Ibrahim is free to quit the Etihad Stadium when his loan spell with Norwegian club Stromsgodset ends in December.
And Palace boss Ian Holloway has identified the 22-year-old as a January transfer target to beef up his engine room.
