Off contract Crystal Palace defender Danny Gabbidon is open to a return to Cardiff City.
WalesOnline says the 49-cap international was told he was free to go by Eagles manager Tony Pulis despite making 24 Premier League appearances last year - his most outings in the last four years after fighting back from a career-threatening groin problem.
Several clubs are thought to be looking at the former West Ham and QPR ace but it is understood the Cwmbran-born defender would relish the chance to link-up with Cardiff City for the second-time of his career.
