The Daily Mail says scouts are due to watch Riviere play against Monts d’Or Azergues in the French cup on Tuesday night prior to making any bid.

Palace boss Tony Pulis has considered Stoke’s Peter Crouch, Jon Walters, Brondby’s Simon Makienok and David McGoldrick at Ipswich.
