Crystal Palace are eyeing Liverpool defender Glen Johnson.

The England international comes off contract at the end of this season.

The Daily Star Sunday says Palace boss Alan Pardew is weighing up an offer for Johnson.

Anfield star Johnson, 30, is out of contract at the end of the season and the Reds have not offered him a new deal.

Pardew has been told he can strengthen his squad after rescuing the Eagles from relegation and would be keen on signing the experienced former England right-back.
