Palace captain Jedinak: We want Zaha to reach his potential

Crystal Palace skipper Mile Jedinak is backing Wilfried Zaha to find his best form at Selhurst Park.

Zaha is on a season-long loan from Manchester United.

"We know what he can do and we want him to reach his potential," the skipper told the Croydon Advertiser.

"We want him to show what he can within our team and we're going to be backing him 110 per cent.

"People are making their opinions and basing them on what they've seen and how they interpret things.

"But I think with us and people involved with our football club, we've got to see Wilfried grow up from a kid and join the first team.

"I was lucky enough to play with him for a couple of seasons and there's a good kid there, but there's also a good kid there with plenty of potential."
