Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew has warned Wilfried Zaha he has a lot of work ahead of him to make it in the Premier League.
Pardew has spelled out to the former Manchester United winger what he must improve.
"His concentration when the opposition have the ball," said Pardew, discussing Zaha's deficiencies. "Also his final product and his desire to improve - those are the three areas.
"I see the latter one in him, and if you've got that then you've got a chance of putting everything right.
"He wants to be a top player and now he's going to have much more easier access to the first team than he did at Manchester United.
"Sometimes you just can't break through and you have to start again and that's what he's doing with us."
