Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew hopes to help Wilfried Zaha rediscover his belief.
Zaha is on-loan at Palace from Manchester United.
Pardew is pleased to have him back in south London and thinks he is capable of reproducing his old form which inspired the Eagles to promotion in 2013.
"I think he's an important player," Pardew said.
"And in terms of finding himself at perhaps the biggest club in the world, bar one or two, and not getting an opportunity and having to come back to his former club, I think that's difficult.
"That's difficult for a young player, so I feel for him a little bit.
"I'll do my best to raise his profile, and his spirit for us and for Manchester United, because I'm sure they've got one eye on him to still be a success for them."
