Palace boss non-committal over skipper Jedinak elbow incident

Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew was asked to comment on whether or not captain Mile Jedinak could face a violent conduct charge for appearing to catch West Ham's Diafra Sakho with his elbow in Saturday's 3-1 win at Upton Park. "Nothing has happened. I would be surprised if something happens with this as it stands," he said.

"But the media have highlighted it and we'll have to see where it goes.

"It's about how the laws are interpreted. We've seen a couple of incidents over the weekend that are being debated retrospectively.

"Things like this and diving, elbows and poor tackles are all on the agenda to deal with."
