Palace boss Holloway: Zaha deserves his Man Utd chance

Crystal Palace boss Ian Holloway has ruled out trying to re-sign Manchester United midfielder Wilfried Zaha on-loan.

Holloway wrote in the Sunday Mirror: "I have heard it mooted that we will try to persuade United to allow us to take Wilfried on loan so he can get acclimatised to the Premier League.

"I think that is unfair on a player who has been brilliant for us and goes to Old Trafford with the best wishes of everyone connected to Palace.

"He is now ready for the challenge of becoming a United player and I won't be making a call unless I am encouraged to do so by David Moyes."
