Palace boss Holloway wants reunion with Stoke's Adam

Stoke City midfielder Charlie Adam is on the shopping list of Crystal Palace boss Ian Holloway.

The Mirror says Holloway wants to sign old boy Charlie Adam - if his Eagles fly to the Premier League.

Holloway is keen to be re-united with his old Blackpool star who is having a miserable time at Stoke City since joining from Liverpool.

Midfield schemer Adam is out of Tony Pulis's side and unlikely to get back in ahead of a possible summer sale from the Britannia.

Holloway tried to take Adam on loan for his promotion-chasing side last week and is set to return with a bid to buy him from his old pal Pulis.
