Crystal Palace boss Dougie Freedman is ready to splash out for Fulham midfielder Kagisho Dikgacoi.
The Mirror says Palace hope to land the South Africa international today for £800,000.
Dikgacoi impressed for Freedman in a loan spell when the Eagles soared clear of the drop and the young chief wants has splashed out to take him on to full-time.
Fulham held out for a big fee but Freedman thinks Dikgacoi will be a long-term asset - and is now switching his sights to a centre half and a striker.
