Crystal Palace boss Dougie Freedman is delighted the Eagles have turned their disappointing early season form around. Palace were bottom of the table after losing their first three matches of the season but now lie in seventh spot after picking up 16 points from a possible 18 following Tuesday night's Championship win at Wolves.
"The first three games were very difficult to take, but you can be assured that period taught me a lot as a manager about many different things," said Freedman
"We have all worked hard and the development has been great to see, it's very pleasing from a coach's point of view to look back at those games in the knowledge of where we are now.
"We have a great bunch of lads who work hard and they are getting rewarded with the results we are now getting."
