Crystal Palace boss Dougie Freedman is confident Wilfried Zaha will pen a new deal.
The South London club now look to have persuaded the Ivory Coast-born youngster to pledge his future to Palace.
"I'm really pleased that Wilfried Zaha will put pen to paper and sign a new five-year contract in the next 24 hours," said Freedman.
"It shows the commitment the young players have to this club. He has made a great progression and I'm really looking forward to working with him long term."
