Crystal Palace boss Dougie Freedman has joined the battle for MK Dons striker Sam Baldock.

West Ham United are expected to bid for MK Dons' £1.5million-rated striker Baldock this week, says the Daily Mail.

Manager Sam Allardyce watched the 22-year-old score a hat-trick in the League One side's 6-2 in over Chesterfield on Saturday.

Reading and Palace boss Freedman is also interested in Baldock.
