Crystal Palace co-chairman Steve Parish has revealed that manager Alan Pardew has been pleasantly surprised by the quality of Crystal Palace’s squad.
Speaking to Sky Sports, he said: "I think Alan has been surprised by the quality of the players that he's got, which has been good.
"He's definitely added already a whole other dimension, not just on the pitch with the team, but also with his ideas and knowledge.
"We need three more points before we can really relax and start to plan for next year.
The Eagles have won seven of 12 games – scoring 22 goals in the process – since the appointment of Pardew.
