Former Valencia striker Paco Alcacer is happy with his first weeks at Barcelona.

Alcacer is conscious that there is plenty of competition in the squad and also says he is proud "to share a dressing room with Luis Suárez, the best centre forward in the world. I was really looking forward to playing with him."

Regarding Barcelona's Brazilian forward Neymar, he added: “[Ney] is very good. He's young and still has a lot of football in him. He just enjoys playing the game so much."

Alcacer says "he couldn't believe it" when Barcelona phoned him and declared he would give 100 per cent in training and in each game to bring "my grain of sand".
