Pachuca vice-president Andres Fassi says talks will be held with Chelsea later today over Jurgen Damm.
Chelsea are interested in the young Mexican winger, which was confirmed by Pachuca officials earlier this week.
Last night, Fassi added fuel to the fire when revealing: "On Thursday, Chelsea's people will be here. In 48 hours we will have more news. Ideally we want him to stay here. He is part of our project.
"We'll see how serious the interest from Chelsea is."
Damm had a training stint at Manchester United early last year.
