Pablo Hernandez says playing for Swansea City has been special for him.

The former Valencia midfielder admits he loved his first season at the Liberty.

"The team wouldn't be the same without this group of fans. They are incredible both home and away," he told the South Wales Echo.

"I think everyone can look back at this season and feel so proud with what we have all achieved. That's not just the players, I also mean the fans, the staff and everyone connected to the club."
