Mesut Ozil believes Arsene Wenger can bring long-awaited success to Arsenal after seeing his work at close hand. The 24 year old German international said: "He's a super coach. He knows exactly what he wants, he has very definite ideas about where he wants to take his team.

"If we want to be successful, we need that kind of coach."
