Mesut Ozil has hailed the family atmosphere at Arsenal.
Ozil quit Real Madrid in August for the Gunners and hasn't looked back.
"It is this club which feels like a family. From the cleaning lady to the director, everybody is equal and no one acts like the big boss.
"I think they have seen in my first games for Arsenal I feel very good here and my teammates like to play with me."
Ozil added: "It is crystal clear: if I feel the confidence of the coach, I can perform."
