Arsenal legend Gilberto Silva believes that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has every right to be frustrated at his current situation at the Emirates Stadium.
Oxlade-Chamberlain has started only eight league games for the Gunners this season, and the recent reports have claimed that he is not happy with the lack of playing opportunities.
The Brazilian claims that it's only natural for the 22-year-old to feel frustrated and he should use that as motivation to force his way into the starting eleven.
"I like that he is unhappy with not playing," Gilberto said speaking exclusively to 888sport.
"I would be very frustrated myself and if you are comfortable on the bench that's something that is very wrong.
"He has to give himself every opportunity to get back into the starting eleven and this is only something he can do himself.
