Oxlade-Chamberlain insists Arsenal have big future

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is convinced Arsenal have plenty to look forward to next season.

Oxlade-Chamberlain feels plenty of positivity can now be carried over into 2013/14, with Arsenal determined to challenge on multiple fronts next term.

He told Sky Sports News HD: "At Arsenal Football Club we want to be challenging for titles first and foremost, but towards the back end of the season we realised that we weren't going to be able to do that so we set ourselves a new target to make sure we qualified for the Champions League, to make sure that Arsenal maintained its name at the highest level in Europe. In that sense, it was a success.

"The way we finished the season and the confidence we can take from that will stand us in good stead for the start of next season.

"I think we have come on in strides at the back end of this season and I think everyone is really buzzing and will be ready to go for pre-season and the start of next season."
