Oxlade-Chamberlain: Arsenal good enough to grab top-four spot

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is confident Arsenal can again clinch a top-four position in the Premier League this season.

The Gunners went third on the table following Saturday's 3-1 victory over Norwich City and are now a point ahead of both Chelsea and Tottenham, although the fourth-placed Blues have a game in hand.

The talented winger is of the belief that Arsenal can edge out at least Spurs for a Champions League finish after winning their past four in a row, including the late comeback over the Canaries which was made possible by three goals in seven minutes.

"That helps to know that we did it last season and we managed to squeeze in last season for the Champions League in the way that we did," he said.

"Previous experiences can help you and contribute in the way that you feel in the season afterwards.

"The fact that we did it last season definitely helps our confidence to do it again this season."

Of the Norwich win, he added: "We really have built that team spirit, solidarity and winning mentality. We never give up.

"To come back from a goal down in the last few minutes is brilliant and it gives us a massive boost, massive confidence and a massive three points looking forward to the end of the season."
