Reece Oxford reportedly wants a whopping £40,000 per week to sign a new West Ham United contract.

The Sun is reporting that the 17-year-old has asked for a massive pay rise along with a £1million sign-on fee before committing his future to the Hammers.

Oxford started the opening game of the 2015/16 Premier League season but despite making a further six appearances in the league, believes he should be rewarded with an improve deal.

The England U19 international is under contract until the summer of 2018 but talks over an extension have stalled which has alerted the likes of Manchester United, Manchester City and Arsenal who are all showing significant interest in the midfielder/defender.
