QPR owner Tony Fernandes will not be actively joining the January transfer window despite his team still seeking their first win of the season. He told Sky Sports: "I think we've got a good enough squad. We've made a lot of changes and brought in a lot of players over the last three transfer windows.
"We may trade a little bit like other clubs but just like the manager needs stability, so the players need stability. They need to play with each other and get to know each other better.
"There may be one or two (signings) but it will be like a traditional club - a little bit of business rather than a massive amount of business like we've done in the past.
"We were a rebuilding club but I think we've done that now. I've done whatever I can to put QPR in the right place and it's now down to the manager and the players to perform. I'm sure they will."
