Chelsea boss Roberto Di Matteo has praised Stoke City's signing of Michael Owen.
The former Liverpool and Manchester United striker joined the Potters at the start of the month and could make his debut when his new club meet the Blues at Stamford Bridge tomorrow.
Di Matteo is well aware of Owen's talents and suggests that Tony Pulis has made a shrew acquisition to his squad.
"He's a natural goalscorer," said the Chelsea boss. "He's certainly a very good signing for Stoke.
"I was a little bit surprised because he's not a tall player like the others (with Stoke's long-ball game plan). But he's certainly a dangerous player and I'm sure they will benefit from his qualities."
