Ostersunds coach Graham Potter is being linked with a return to England.
Potter, who has guided OSK to a Europa League tie with Arsenal, is being mentioned as a candidate for the Stoke City job. Mark Hughes was sacked by the Potters on Saturday.
Potter is a former Stoke player, having spent three years with the club.
However, OSK chairman Daniel Kindberg told Sportbladet: "He has not (heard anything) and we have not heard either. It's only English waffle as usual. Every now and then it turns out like this.
"On the other hand, I am so proud that our coach is included in speculation in the world's biggest league. But 95 percent are usually bad, Swedish media are a bit better.
"But it's not unreasonable if Graham is interested. All players and coaches should be interested in a classic, good Premier League team. But it's not just what Graham wants in that case. He has a family to take into account too."
