O'Shea insists Sunderland can beat Arsenal in Cup

John O'Shea insists Sunderland can upset Arsenal in the FA Cup.

The Black Cats have a week to prepare while the Gunners have a long trip to Italy for a huge Champions League clash at AC Milan to contend with.

Mackems defender O'Shea said: "Arsenal will have the Champions League to occupy their minds while we rest up and look forward to an FA Cup clash against a top team.

"But one we'll be looking forward to and knowing we can win it."
